Are You Busy???

Are you busy??? Life seems to be so hectic! Can you identify? When's the last time your entire family sat down and had a meal together? When's the last time you could actually read a book that wasn't an assignment? When's the last time you could take a leisurely walk just to chill out? Even worse, our busy schedules can crowd Jesus right out of the picture. That's why I have to intentionally schedule time for Jesus. It's pretty much like Jesus did when He went early in the morning to a lonely place to spend time with His Father. (see Mark 1:35) Jesus was busy and met many people's needs. So if Jesus had to do that, I had better to. I think it's also important for me to remember that in the hectic pace Jesus is right there with me. Talk to Him, invite Him in to my activity and sure enough He is there! Well, I'm sure you can identify and I hope some of my ways to keep Jesus close, helps you in your fast paced life.
