Mountain Locator Unit
Three mountain climbers and a Labrador retriever, were rescued Monday morning on Mt. Hood in Oregon. The two women and one man got caught in a storm at 7400 feet up the 11,239 foot mountain. What helped save their lives was a mountain locator unit. The 50 person rescue team knew where the stranded group was because of the electronic signal that emitted from the locator unit. In a similar way we have our own locator unit. Psalm 139:7 says, "Where can I flee from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence?" No matter where we are, in good times and bad, He knows where we are and comes to us. When we find ourselves in really difficult, blizzard situations, He is there! So make sure you're connected to the God of the universe. He'll always find you. These are the days my friend.
